Check in was easy enough. My biggest issue with Verbo was the attempts to upcharge for every single thing. Your competitor does not do this. I refused to buy the damage waiver insurance, and the trip insurance, and most offensive was the sliding scale for early check in on the day of arrival...the early I wanted to check in the higher the fee. Then there was nothing clean about the unit and the host was useless with help. I even suspected I might be chatting with an AI bot. Never again will I use Verbo for any booking.

Nice apartment , 2. arrondissement , central, for 4 persons, with kitchen. The location ist very good! The apartment was clean, good beds and pillows. We want to come back.
