This hotel has so much potential if they renovate a bit, it stands at a low-income country quality, more a 3-star than a 4. I guess it was amazing at his peak back in the days. Dated rooms, 1st room had old stained towels and stained blankets, no heating - cold. Changed room heating worked but not very well. Dining experience for breakfast and dinner chaotic.
