Ski slopes easy for access ! Pilates ski resort amazing !

Room, location, view, breakfast, reception very good

Hotel was further away from the train station then we had thought but that being said the area they are situated was quietier and the Matterhorn views were amazing. We were lucky enough to have a few sunny warm days that made exploring the area even more amazing. The staff was so helpful and the hotel provided all the creature comforts that other hotels have forgotten. I would definitely stay there again.

Everything, from check in, rooms, food, service, shuttle to and from the slopes, everything was amazing! The staff were super nice and always attentive. We were very happy with our stay!

The location of the hotel is one of its biggest pull factors, not least because of the ability to properly ski in/ski out. The staff were all generally helpful, especially at the front desk, spa, and Dmitry the driver. However, the hotel doesn’t feel as ‘modern’ as described and the rooms are fairly uninspiring. Water pressure in the showers isn’t great which means having all the alternative shower points (lateral, spray, etc) rather pointless. It’s also frustrating that you have to pay an extra €25 to use the swimming pool and spa as a hotel guest because it’s already expensive.
