When the Emerald Coast beckons you to bask in the sun and stroll along the frosty, white sands of the beautiful beaches along Scenic Highway 30A, we have the idyllic setting for you to call your home away from home. After a fun filled day at the beach and a delightful meal at one of the almost two hundred amazing restaurants situated along this glorious stretch along the Gulf, you are mere steps away from enjoying restful serenity that our favorite escape from the everyday has to offer.

Our studio home is located on the north side of 30A on the top floor of building G in the thriving Village of South Walton Beach condominium community. Your thoughts world will melt away as you walk through the front door and into this supremely decorated space which would make 5-star hotels envious. The plush, comfortably-appointed, king-sized bed in a sleeping area set apart from the main living space by a decorative wall. The home is the epitome of comfortable yet luxurious beach living with a charming, rustic flair. This studio is outfitted with every comfort…plush furnishings in the living area and privately partitioned bedroom, kitchen with full size refrigerator, dining area with seating for 3+ and full, 4-piece bathroom.

During your time in your home away from home, you have access to the new resort area, exclusively for guests of The Village, featuring two pools (one is seasonally heated), a hot tub, fountain and barbecue grilling area. When you are ready for some fun in the sand and surf, the beach access is less than a five minute walk away. Alternately, you can avail yourself of a complimentary tram service which stops at the beach access and back again between March and October (weather permitting).

If you forgot to pack a few necessities, simply walk on over to Seacrest Sundries and pick up what you need. In the high season evenings, come sit by a bonfire and listen to live music at the Peddler's Pavilion located at the front of the community. Savor some of the best margarita's and coastal cuisine on 30A from LaCo. Saunter over to Lola when you're craving Italian food or get some of the best pizza this side of New York and Chicago at Pizza by the Sea. Treat yourself to some delights from Sweet Peddler's or Smallcakes…all perfectly situated just steps from your home!

A short walk to the east on 30A leads you to all the culture and character of the pedestrian-friendly streets of Rosemary Beach. A brief walk west on 30A lies Alys Beach — a beautiful community whose architecture takes inspiration from the vacation destinations of Bermuda and Antigua and when it is fully realized is expected to be one of the largest destination communities in the area. Lastly, enjoy the local flare of the Florida cottage architectural style as you walk the tranquil streets of neighboring Seacrest Beach.

When you book your stay with us, we are confident that the hardest part of your trip will be when you have to leave to go home.

PLEASE NOTE: The Village community does not allow guests to bring in trailers or boats. If traveling with those items arrangements must be made in advance to have them stored off site. Effective 2022 The Village HOA has banned the use of golf carts, scooters and Mokes. Golf carts / low speed vehicles are not allowed in the neighboring areas of Peddler’s Pavilion, Rosemary and Alys Beaches.
