Unfriendly stuff, with an attitude, same name of property next door, but separated, they say they share amenities but in reality they don’t and you get treated like an external, rooms extremely small, bathroom sink non existing and property closed in between a bunch of buildings, no air flow. I got checked out before my check out time, disconnecting me from the wifi and delaying a meeting I had planned 25 minutes and I got an attitude for that too when I asked what was happening. Very poor everything, amazing how the same company (owning 2 properties with the same and next to each other) have an amazing stuff on the older property (Suite and Spa) and such a poor one on the new one (Bali)

The location is fabulous! Right in front of the beach. We stayed at the top floor with an amazing ocean view. The staff was delightful, from front desk to housekeeping. Everybody was making sure we were well taken care of. The amenities were very nice. We enjoyed the indoor pool, the saunas, and the jacuzzis. We recommend this place 10/10!

Our stay was amazing from start to finish! The staff were wonderful from the moment we arrived very friendly and attentive to all our requests. We especially loved the pool and spa experience, which made our stay even more relaxing. A special thanks to Rosana, who went above and beyond to make sure my daughter had a fantastic birthday celebration at the hotel. The food was okay but could be improved; however, overall, our experience was excellent, and we truly enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel’s facilities are modern and well maintained, and its location is excellent (just a short walk from the beach). Breakfast and dinner were standout highlights: tasty, fresh, and with plenty of choice each day. The overall atmosphere was very relaxing, making it easy to unwind. I’d happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable seaside break.

My experience with the rooftop wait staff and front desk was less than great. The management team were thoughtful but they do not offer express checkout which made the end of the trip unnecessarily difficult.
