Die Unterkunft ist modern renoviert und hat einen ansprechenden Stil. Die Atmosphäre im Hotel ist gelassen, auch wenn sich immer noch ein paar Ballermanngruppen dort einchecken. Das Frühstück war jeden Tag sehr gut angerichtet und lecker. Das Personal war immer freundlich. Weil unsere Klimaanlage tropfte, erhielten wir ein Upgrade in eine Juniorsuite und eine Entschuldigung mit einer Flasche Sekt. Late Check Out war preislich angemessen, ebenso wie die Preise für Getränke. Die Rooftopbar hat tolle Getränke und eine wunderschöne Aussicht.

Sehr modernes und sauberes Hotel. Leider ist beim Abendbuffet das Essen oft kalt gewesen. Die Qualität war oke. Der Kaffee zum Frühstück war nicht wirklich genießbar. Die Auswahl wahr sonst gut. Störend war allerdings, dass die Hausmeister und Reinigungskräfte mehrfach ohne zu klopfen ins Zimmer kamen um zu putzen oder etwas zu reparieren. Das war für uns ein "NO GO"

Personnel du restaurant formidable et très agréable, il est dommage que du côté du bar de la piscine on ne privilégie que les clients allemands (on privilégie le services des pintes de bière à notre commande de verre de rosé passée avant, pas de déjeuner avant 12h30 sauf pour les clients allemands au bord de la piscine qui ont pu déjeuner à 12h15 ce qui nous aurait permis de déjeuner avant de partir prendre l'avion du retour). Personnel de l'accueil très professionnel et arrangeant, il est dommage qu'à l'arrivée à l'entrée de le route, le jeune-homme aux bretelles lève les yeux au ciel lorsqu'on lui dit qu'on parle français et n'accompagne à l'accueil que les clients allemands. Pour le quartier, le bar en mode "spring break" allemand Bierkönig (qui n'accepte que les clients allemands) juste en bas de la rue fait vraiment de l'ombre au secteur (jusqu'aux jeunes clients allemands ivres toute la journée qui en arrivent même à vous provoquer dans l'ascenseur de l'hôtel). Vous l'aurez compris, pour ces raisons, un hôtel privilégiant une communauté ne mérite pas 5 *****, il est préférable aux non germanophones de passer leur chemin. En revanche, de nombreuses personnes de l'hôtel et du restaurant ont rendu notre séjour parfait (Nando, Inma, Julie, Rosanna, Vanesa...) sur cette fabuleuse île des Baléares où il y a tant de choses merveilleuses à découvrir.

Im Hotel sind 90% junge Saufgruppen die rund um die Uhr saufen, feiern und grölen und das leider nicht nur außerhalb sondern auch im Hotel. Keine Nacht geschlafen trotz Zimmerwechsels in eine Suite. Die Musik und das Gegröle von der Schinkenstraße hört man rund um die Uhr. Die neuen Zimmer im Tower sind sehr sehr klein und zu zweit kaum bewohnbar (kein Schrank). In einem großen Umkreis des Hotels riecht es überall nach Urin und man trifft nur auf saufende und grölende Gruppen auch am Strand. Kein richtiger Supermarkt in der Nähe. Hätte ich das alles gewusst, hätte ich das Hotel niemals gebucht, obwohl es auf den ersten Blick so schön aussieht und anderes verspricht. Ich bin nach zehn Tagen urlaubsreif….

Our stay was great. Hotel is recently renovated and very nice decoration. Spa and massage facilities need to be improved. Food was good. Variety of food to choose from. Very helpful staff and very generous.

ein super schönes Hotel, sehr nettes und aufmerksames Personal, Frühstück und Abendessen super, es bleiben keine Wünsche offen, die Hotelanlage mit 2 Pools hervorragend. Leider liegt das Hotel unmittelbar an der "Feier- und Partymeile Schinkenstraße", dadurch gibt es tagsüber und bis in die tiefe Nacht hinein großen Lärm.
