The pool area is perfect for lounging with shaded areas if you need. Communication was very well handled from booking to check out. I would highly recommend staying at this property.

We’ve stayed in Palm Springs several times. Mod Mansions had the BEST service! We were met at the house after dark and he had all the lights on, tvs going, spa ready to go. Great run through on how find and operate everything. We all loved the house and property. Very close to town but quiet. Wonderful neighborhood for walking. Amenities were perfect for our large family group, large kitchen with two ovens and dishwashers, washer/dryers and lots of storage. We had more than enough pool towels as well. The house was spotless. We all agreed this was a place to come back to for our family gatherings.

This house exceeded our expectations in every way! Perfect location, views, pool space, bedroom setup. SO MUCH SPACE overall and we all agreed the listing photos don’t do this place justice. Plenty of room for our group of seven. Kitchen was extremely well stocked and everything was spotless. Booking process and communication with hosts were seamless. In case you’re wondering, one of the bedrooms has a separate entrance- almost like a pool house. This was not a downgrade in any way. It was very clean, cozy, and private and an equally lovely space as the rest of the house.

Fabulously Fabulous!

Close to the airport, casino, great food options, and shops, this quiet neighborhood home has super comfortable beds, is very sound proof if you keep the doors closed and has everything you need to make your trip relaxing and fun. The refrigerator is a little small if you’re going to cook the whole time you’re there and you have a full house of 12. But they quickly and happily delivered us a huge cooler and did it with a smile. There were 12 of us and we have lots of questions That were cheerfully answered and immediately taken care of. The floaters are a nice addition. We missed outdoor music, but that is a Palm Springs issue not a house issue.

Great getaway home

7 of us stayed at this gorgeous mid century home as part of a family girls weekend. We couldn’t have been more pleased. The neighborhood is attractive and quiet and we felt safe. The property manager met us at checkin to show us around. David was pleasant and efficient and responded promptly to inquiries. The place was spacious and very clean with a well stocked kitchen and a large kitchen table. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms were good. The views out of some of the bedrooms were gorgeous. It truly felt like a vacation home.and we were very relaxed in it and enjoyed our stay there very much. If we would come back I would definitely consider this house again.

Great house, great location, amazing views.

Just spent a long weekend at this great house in Palm Springs. Pool and house were amazing and it has fantastic views of the mountains from both the front and back yards. Loved having King size beds in so many rooms and there is no shortage of bathrooms in this house. Everything was perfect and had no problems at all. Remember it’s still Palm Springs and the noise ordinance outside does affect your vacation but there is nothing the property manager can do about it. All in all this is the perfect house for a vacation in the desert.

This house was an absolute gem! It was able to accommodate a large group with ease and it had everything you could possibly need during your stay. David, the property manager, was very welcoming and easily explained everything. We had one terribly minor, minor, issue and he was there in literal minutes to assist. The house was larger in person, everyone had their own bathroom, there were two dishwashers, two washing machines, and two dryers. We were there during tropical storm Hilary and had no issues whatsoever. Will definitely stay again!
