If you have allergies this place is not for you. The room smelled so strong (what are they trying to hide) my daughter and I were immediately violently ill and had to leave. Whatever they use to clean with is volatile.

I was reached out to very swiftly by the Jazz Hotel and all issues were addressed satisfactorily. I’ve stayed here several times, always a great experience until my most recent booking. I booked a luxury room and it was smaller than the regular room option. My room number was 6. As an added bonus to an already undesired stay, my fire alarm went off at 0500 in the morning for no apparent reason. Very disappointed in what is usually a tremendous place to stay at.

It was a nice option to stay in Palm springs clean room and straight forwards. There in no front desk personnel but they have everything organized and it's in a quiet location..perfect for a weekend getaway. Given the prices palm springs can command this place was awesome
