Well stocked kitchen. Beds very comfy. Plenty of pillows for different likes. Yard is lovely. Pool was too cold but the ping pong table made up for the disappointment with granddaughter. Really fun town and proximity was awesome.

We had a wonderful girls' weekend at Gussie's Place! The host's instructions were very clear and easy to navigate. The house we very clean and welcoming, and the backyard was an amazing private oasis! The location was walking distance from downtown and very centrally location. I would highly recommend this rental.

Palm Springs property

Very spacious with a swimming pool. Air conditioning malfunction during our stay. Was very hot in the summer. Very well furnished. Unfortunately somebody from the property stole my Amazon account password & ordered a cooler for themselves!!! Quickly realized it & was corrected. Don’t know who did that. The property manager assured that proper action would be taken care of . No word so far. Be careful if you are using the WiFi account of the property.

Great house

It was the perfect set-up for our family of 4. The pool has shallow parts on each side with deep in the middle, which the kids enjoyed. The sun hits the pool in the middle of the day. The outdoor space has a variety of seating areas, tables, and options including opportunities for shade at all parts of the day. We were able to spend all day outside in 110 degree weather. Firepit and ping pong were both nice adds that we used. Inside house was great, had more than just the basics for cooking. Will be coming back!

Had a beautiful stay. Safe and extremely quiet neighbourhood. Outside living area is amazing. So many places to sit in shade or sun. Pool is well maintained. Kitchen appliances are excellent. Interior seems newly renovated. Layout of house is cozy yet spacious. Bathrooms are modern. Communication with property managers fast and helpful. Overall amazing experience. Would definitely rent this house again. And would definitely rent any property managed by ACME.

What a wonderful property. Convenient to everything- don’t think we spent more than 10-15 mins driving anywhere. Had a minor issue and the management company was quick to address and fix it. They were always available and communicated on a regular basis.

Relaxing Getaway

The property was just as described, great location, all the amenities you need and clean. It was perfect for my husband and I to relax and decompress. The neighborhood is quite. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, which isn't always the case with rental homes. It was like being in a hotel, but with the privacy and ability to enjoy it as your own. Management was very use to get in touch with prior to arrive. I'd rent this home again.

Regardless of a hurricane

A daughter and a freind came down to celebrate mom's 70th birthday that had been planned for bit. We decided to continue with plans even though there was a hurricane forecasted. GUSSIE'S place was Ahmazing. Beautiful home with beautiful furniture and amenities. The support staff was there checking on us and at our service above and beyond. We had a fantastic time and would book it again for all of the comfort we felt there...despite a hurricane! Thank you to everyone that helped us have that memorable birthday celebration! Cheers

The perfect Palm Springs stay!

My family (husband, 4 yo, 3 yo, and me) loved our stay at Gussie’s Place! The house is perfect for a family or group of friends. It was very clean and recently renovated. The outdoor space feels very private and has a ton of seating options both in shade and sun. It’s less than a mile walk to downtown Palm Springs and is in a safe neighborhood. I’d definitely recommend this house for a family or girls trip!
