No shopping places and restaurants near the hotel. You need car to move.

The room did not match the quality of the pictures. The balcony was dirty with paint peeling. The room had been cleaned but did not seem very clean and the room needed to be updated. The lobby was very nice but otherwise the hotel was out of date and not very clean. We left after only one night even though we reserved to stay two. We also reserved for 5 people but upon arrival were told the room was only for 4 people. The views from the room were stunning so it was nice for that.

This is a beautiful property. One thing the property needs to address is removing the Korean breakfast from their listing. It is not currently available and should not be advertised. Also, a word of warning - they heat the floors with wood and they get so hot we were very uncomfortable the 1st night and asked them to refrain from using any wood on the 2nd day. It worked and we were very comfortable. The location of the property is better than anything we could have asked for. Also, they include free admission to all the major area attractions. The gardens are directly nextdoor and spectacular. The front desk also provided us with the name and location of a wonderful gym. We were able to get a fantastic workout. We will be returning to this property on our next visit to Korea and highly recommend when you visit Namwon.

The property appeared somewhat dated, and the staff did not seem particularly welcoming. Additionally, due to the cold weather, we were unable to use the swimming pool. Most of all, the in-room bathtub was not present as depicted in the photos.
