Staff were lovely, very efficient and courteous. Couldn’t do enough for us. The walk across the road for breakfast was beautifully bracing and the view unsurpassed. So easy to wander leisurely into Montreux Christmas Market.

Montreux is amazing and this is a perfectly located spot. And you get a pass for reduced museum admission and free public transport! The bus stop is right next to the property. The breakfast views are unparalleled and the staff is superb.

The hotel was fine - we’ve stayed in much better 3* hotels on our trip, but this was fine. You get access to the facilities in a 5* hotel opposite which is great. The spa was very average - not 5* quality, but since this was a 3* hotel it was nice to have Our initial room was BOILING hot, and there was no AC. The staff kindly moved us to an available room which had AC, but since it was one of the hottest days of the year and an AC room was available we shouldn’t really have had to ask for that. Overall it’s fine, probably wouldn’t stay again

Our room was very clean and comfortable but not very big. Breakfast was across the road at the main hotel and was very good with a wonderful view over Lake Geneva. A good spot for a short stay.

Clean, comfortable room in a classic hotel

Wonderful old hotel, with clean, comfortable rooms, in a good location with reasonable proximity to restaurants and shops. The included continental breakfast was nice plus.

The staff was pleasant, however, the hotel has no parking and you will have to cross the street to a different location to use the amenities and restaurant making it very inconvenient. Specially with kids and with the weather conditions
