This is the second time we've stayed here and very much enjoyed it! We did notice that there were towels left in the dryer and the floor needed to be swept. The beds were made and the bathrooms were clean. That didn't affect our stay and we love the location! We will be back again to see Donna El ...

Located in Palacios, The Peaceful Pelican LLC is a 3-minute walk from Matagorda Bay and 10 minutes by foot from City by the Sea Museum.
Paula is an excellent host and always provides a great breakfast. Rooms are clean and linens are white. We enjoy being right across from the sea wall and setting out on the porch watching the water, boats and birds.
