The hotel looks really nice and well decorated and maintained, rooms are spacious, the beach accessible from the hotel is really nice and clean as well.
The location is good, there's a taxi rank nearby and a mercadona up the road which is very convenient.
Now a few areas might need improvement considering this is rated as a 4 star hotel.
The snack bar opening times given were different depending who you asked to.
The location given was also wrong and the hotel program displayed wasn't updated. When asking where an activity listed takes place, the reception stated they did not know.
The housekeeping on other hand was fabulous, hard working and amazingly nice considering most rooms have not got a "do not disturb" sign which bound them to clean all the rooms everyday if we were not able to catch them to notify them prior.
The restaurant offered a good range of food, varied and changed from day to day.
However, finding a place to sit was a real pain.
Roaming around for over 15min for each meal to find a empty table was real difficult let alone finding a CLEAN table. Can't blame the staff as they were understaffed but having to sit on dirty tables and wait wasn't pleasant either.
The kids and family pools were great, plenty of sunbeds and no need to fight for one but it wasn't summer.
There was a kids club as well wich was a nice option altough not used, but the kids appeared to have fun.
Minus 1 for the gym access only for the premium customers...
