The location is ideal for touring sites in Vienna. Easy walk to shopping areas and attractions, museums. We found our room somewhat uncomfortable and relatively expensive for the comfort level provided.

Very clean, beautiful hotel. Our only complaint was the bar/restaurant was very short staffed. The bartender and server had to answer the room service phone line also, which often rang and rang because they were so busy and the whole bar/restaurant had to listen to a loud phone ringing. The staff also needs to tell inconsiderate guests that are having a face time conversation with someone on their phone to please take it outside!

We were in Vienna to tour, and this hotel was perfect. Great showers, great beds and perfect location. Breakfast was delicious and kept us going all day. The only "negative" that I can think of is that they had a concierge available when we checked in Friday (IE someone who knew what was going on culturally in the city); but that person was only there on Friday. I didn't realize that, and thus missed my opportunity to avail myself of her services. I would definately stay there again.

Overall good

We had a good stay in the hotel. Location is very good, just next to train station. The front desk staffs have been very helpful during our stay, especially Amanda who is very friendly and helped us to make reservations at cafe and restaurants, saved us from the long line. The only downside is the design of the hotel bathroom, there's very limited space to put our toiletries.
