Room is clean and has all essential equipment. Big kitchen. Close to the railway station and walking distance to the university. Host was very friendly and helpful.

Had to reach out to host multiple times before getting information. Also, the towels and bedding smelled like cigarettes. No information was left on how to access hot water for the shower (need to turn on the water switch and wait a few hours). Despite these things, the property itself was nice.
