Great staff and convenient

Breakfast was ok for a budget hotel, would be good if there were fried eggs as well as just scrambled. Bar had a reasonable range of drinks, wi-fi was good and free and ample parking.

Convenient Hotel

Great, convenient hotel by the M1. Rooms were large but lacked air con and it was hot and too noisy to open the window. Front desk staff were lovely and good breakfast, except the bacon.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, room was clean... ...but the room was very hot (due to the weather) with no air con &, due to the location near the motorway, very noisy if the window was opened (so I sweated it out...). I ate at the hotel due to limited other options, & the food was fine, but not stellar (as you might expect from a chain like Ibis).

Easy to find & park - Lovely welcome & nice room very quiet- only problem was the bathroom extractor didn’t work Great breakfast with big choice - the lady attendant was really friendly

Room they checked me into. Not been cleaned or put in fresh sheets on the floor and services were filthy and sticky and they room had a terrible odour i have pictures of the second room. They checked me into, but unfortunately, my phone had no batter

Key cards are shocking three times back and forth to reception. You need to put them in wrong way round to get in. Awful hard floors and my room smelt of smoke. No shower was so your wet in shower and its empty. Poor menu and drink prices expensive. Souless.

Mum & Son trip to the peaks!

We had a great stay the staff went above and beyond to help and so friendly, a special mention to the lady on reception when we arrived on Fri 8th Aug she had dark hair in a pony tail such a breath of fresh air and just so lovely and helpful ❤️
