Terrible

First off once we arrived the place was closed when I had called to let them know I would be arriving late. I would be coming in late from my flight. I had to wait about 10 minutes before somebody showed up to open the front door once we were given our rooms one of the rooms were not even cleaned and had already been slept in and used, and I needed to sleep in my friends room that night as they were fully booked. When I informed them this, they apologize and stated that another worker had given me the room and they will get another room for me. The TV did not work the first night as there was no TV box in the room I needed To Find the person the following day and informed them that both rooms did not have TV access. Overall, I would not return, but if you need a quick place to lay your head, this will do the job.

I liked the pool area, though I didn’t actually go in due to external circumstances. The cafe attached to the building Sun Rise Café is really nice, prompt, cozy, and good prices. The room itself was decent, however I didn’t realize that there was a thermostat hidden on the wall in the room which could have prevented a lot of hot nights. The hotel staff didn’t understand thermostats or how it works either so I had a lot of hot uncomfortable nights. Staff responsiveness and helpfulness with what they are aware of is on point though. Don't use microwave, ac, and mini fridge at the same time otherwise you may flip the breaker which happened to me multiple times.

This place is a bit older but kept up about the same as most places. It is quite here. The pool and hot tub area is well kept and clean. The location is within walking distance from dining and shopping. I will stay again.

Second time staying. Was In the south wing where the pool is attached this visit. Stayed in the “north wing” last time. Room is definitely dated. Needs a remodel. Quiet hall. Would stay again- but would request the north side rooms. Staff was friendly and polite!

the lady at the front desk was very helpful, in my first room the key fob did not work and she was quick to change rooms for me, the second room the cable had been disconnected and she was also very helpful in retrieving a cable box and coming to the room to hook it up. When we checked into our room, we found it very nice, but warm as the heat had been left on high. No problem, as we just turned it down. After being away for a few hours, upon return, the room was , still overly hot. Turns out the thermostat, was defective. The staff had no problem, in moving us to the next room, which had heat, working normally. Good service from a friendly staff.
