When we checked into our room, we found it very nice, but warm as the heat had been left on high. No problem, as we just turned it down. After being away for a few hours, upon return, the room was , still overly hot. Turns out the thermostat, was defective. The staff had no problem, in moving us to the next room, which had heat, working normally. Good service from a friendly staff.

upon arrival staff had to find me a cable box for my room.. nothing was plugged in .. when I pulled the furniture back the wall were disgusting ... cigarette pails outside of the rooms were overflowing the pool was very cold and the hot tub was out of order. the only good thing about my stay was the staff were as accommodating as they were able to be under the circumstances

We came for the pool and hot tub. The hot tub was green and the pool was normal. The people came in 3 times to shock the pool and the hot tub while we were in and out of the pool. Our youngest dunked his head under and immediately his eyes swelled shut and were burning. Everyone had red eyes and red blotchy skin from the shock. Also a soar throat from breathing it in. There was no ventalatiion and the walls and seeling were dripping wet. The baby went back to the room with the mom to run a shower and flush out his eyes and the tub wasnt draining properly so it ended up being a bath and all the gunk came up from the drain. Our room was also set for air conditioning in january and had to call to ask how to turn the heat on. We also only got half a roll of toilet paper and no spare roll so we used the kleenex. The kids had fun considering but definitely shouldnt be shocking a pool and hot tub during swim hours while people are in it

the heat didn’t work , the hallway walls had ice on them, the hot tub didn’t work , pool was frozen, our window was broken and the front desk had the audacity to ask if my husband and i did it., the carpets were soggy and moldy. we ended up going home after only being there for 4 hours. so unimpressed, definitely not worth the money.
