Vacanza da migliorare.

Paesaggio incantevole, alloggio e struttura da rivedere leggermente la pulizia e la manutenzione non al 💯 %. Reception a disposizione solo in alcuni orari e parcheggio a pagamento che fortunatamente non ho pagato perché specificato in mail come servizio gratis. Ritornerei se migliorassero i servizi altrimenti meglio fittare alloggi da privati nelle immediate vicinanze del mare stupendo di Otranto. Saluti e speriamo in un miglioramento del servizio.

Mancanza di informazioni sulle prestazioni.

La struttura ospita purtroppo anche famiglie che abitano annualmente e quindi non rispettano orari di riposo e sono abbastanza rumorosi. All'arrivo ci e' stato assegnato il monolocale con la biancheria da bagno. Per l'intero soggiorno nessuno ha effettuato le pulizie e non è stata mai cambiata la biancheria ( lenzuola asciugamani ecc). Non so se questa era la prassi del residence ma anche da parte vostra vi è stata una carenza di informazioni sulle condizioni del soggiorno e quali erano le prestazioni alle quali avevamo diritto. Spero venga fatto per i nostri prossimi soggiorni.
