Located in Newberry, Pleasant Moose Lodge is within a 5-minute drive of Helen Newberry Joy Hospital and Luce County Historical Museum.
This is a nice older hotel in a town where options are limited. It is not fancy but is very clean and the staff is friendly and eager to please. Be aware that there is not an elevator and you may be on the second floor!

A stay at Americas Best Value Inn Tahquamenon Country places you in the heart of Newberry, within a 5-minute drive of Newberry Country Club and Macki Lake.
Hotel was nice and clean, just older. Hot tub felt great, however it does need to be repainted so it doesn't look very inviting. Staff was great. Location is off of the "main strip" in Newberry but not horrible. I would definitely stay here again, if needed.
