Great hotel, very clean with incredibly friendly staff. The room was clean with a good view. The only reason it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the room is lacking a bit. No coffee, no tea pot, no fridge and the tv had only 2 channels that were not in norwegian. We are very satisfied overall and would recommend it for sure, but we would not want to stay there for more than 2 nights.

Very convenient hotel!!

We were a group of three adults sharing a room. The room configuration was perfect for us. I was impressed with the breakfast buffet and the impressive variety of foods catering to virtually every palate. The hotel is close to the Central Train Station as well as to the Opera House and the Hop on Hop off bus stop (by the Opera House).

Ya need to stay here

From the time we set on the property… the kindness was shown . We were able to leave our luggage in the secure room while we did a bit of site seeing… early checkin . Breakfast is absolutely delicious…. This is a must location. Easily accessible from the port and train station.

Breakfast was excellent. Elevators were way too small for the number of rooms. I find the price to be high for the level of hotel. I am paying less for a full service Sheraton in Stockholm.

Recommended city centre hotel

Great buffet breakfast, if a little busy at times. Easy access to station, but far enough away not to be in a busy spot. We had a room with amazing opera house & Munch museum rooms. Agree with other reviews that time lack discs to hang/place folded clothing. Staff all very friendly. Would stay again.

Loved our balcony room with views of the harbor. Staff welcomed us even as we arrived at midnight. Modern, clean rooms with tower fans! Bathroom and especially shower a bit small but all in all I would stay again for the location!

Very nice but room very warm

Really nice hotel but room was very warm with no air con. Also, our room had sky lights so it was difficult to completely close blinds to block the light.
