Easy check in, room was clean and quiet but a few things in the bathroom didn’t work (trash can lid, one side of the flusher, & sink faucet was very loose). Someone also had the bathroom heated up to sauna temperature which made the room hot with no way to cool it off. The window only opens an inch so it took forever to cool down.

Clean and convenient

Simple hotel but clean and comfortable. Kiosk check-in but staff is available to help if needed. Easy luggage storage for before/after check-in (not monitored but accessed by keycard). The beds were good sized and comfortable. I had requested a crib/cot for my son and it was ready ava set up in the room when we checked in and it was clean and comfortable for him. The location is also great and a short walk to ask that we wanted to see.

This is a great budget hotel in the heart of Oslo, with easy access to the central station, harbour areas and shoreline. I stayed 3 night for a conference. The rooms are basic but functional. The mattress is good quality - I rarely get a good night's sleep on this occasion I did. There were loads of power sockets in my room.The electronic check-in is great, but also backed by 24/7 onsite staff presence who were always helpful. There is a nice shared space for dining and a free lock room that I used both before and after my stay. The rooms are quiet. I took one star off because even on the 4th floor the Trams send a rumble you can hear when they start around 6am in the morning. If you are a light sleeper you will hear it! Two things to know: 1 - There are no cups in your room (for taking morning medicines for example) so pick up a paper cup in the foyer 2 - I think you need to scan the room lcok with your card key to lock the room, as well as to unlock. Don't forget to do that.

Quick and efficient contactless check-in process. Great facilities downstairs in the communal areas, from games to meeting rooms to vending machines, microwaves and tea and coffee. Room was sufficient albeit a little basic (no TV, ironing facilities or coat hangers) but nothing significant enough to spoil the experience. Excellent location within walking distance of Oslo S rail station, the Opera House and many other locations in Oslo City.

Modern city centre hotel Oslo

Revamped modern hotel in the centre of Oslo Good central position. Good comfortable bed. Good WiFi. Nice Bathroom. Good for sleeping. Hotel good but basic (by Norwegian standards a budget hotel). No kettle in the room- a kitchen for communal use. No TV able to use WiFi. No glasses or cups in the room - however paper cups provided in the communal kitchen. (No water provided). Although basic Citybox did provide an okay stay.

Very close to reach the trains and buses. Easy system to use. In-house dining and snacks if needed. Room was small but comfortable and clean. A bit noisy on the streets at night but it may just have been the room I was in and the way I was facing. It's very convenient to everything and the check-in process is automated and very easy.
