V clean, good vibes + exceptional interior design

A really well designed and centrally located hotel. It was also incredibly well maintained and clean. The coffee was great and the atmosphere was chill. We’d 100% stay again. The only drawbacks were that they had no ketchup condiments for the Full English breakfast, the lift was slow and they were quite uncompromising about the kind of coffee that was included in the breakfast. You could also hear people in other rooms turning off lights and using the bathroom. Small things that would make a big difference if they were to address.

Hotel is located by the river in a pleasant highly walkable neighbourhood. Beautiful Osaka Tenmangu Shrine within easy walking distance and is well worth a visit. Hotel staff are friendly, and breakfast is delicious.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Noum. From the moment I arrived I was greeted like a friend by Kiyo and Gen on the front desk. Smooth, easy check in, large, comfortable room, with nice river view and balcony. Great breakfast—I can’t think of a time that eggs Benedict was on a hotel breakfast menu! All the staff I had contact with were very friendly, and professional—Itoka, Aki, Rumi, Izumi and Chibu—they genuinely loved what they were doing and seemed to have fun doing so. As an old guy, one thing that struck me was how young they all were and what an amazing job they did. They have some excellent recommendations for places to visit and especially to eat locally. One evening I ran into two of them in a local restaurant thinking they were guests at the hotel. When I return to Osaka, Hotel Noum will be my go to!

We stayed a night on a return to Osaka during our Japan tour and wish we’d found it earlier - the staff were so friendly - my husband’s favourite meal of the trip was on their recommendation of a local eatery they frequent themselves. The hotel cafe is lovely and has a great selection and is used by locals too - not just hotel guests - which is always a good sign.

I'm Loving It Here!!!

Absolutely terrific hotel! Don't hesitate to book if you're in Osaka. I am a solo traveler and these accommodations were excellent. I enjoyed a week stay. They offer a variety of options for rooms, and a bonus for me was they offered laundry facilities, excellent if you're on a long journey and need to freshen your clothes. The staff is great! Again the staff is impressive, bright, and multilingual, friendly and respectfully polite in assisting you, everyone is able to provide excellent support. I'll be back!

A gem in Osaka

Hotel Noum Osaka is a gem! From the location to the staff to the minimalist concept of the hotel, it was a lovely base for my 5 day stay in Osaka.

The hotel is magnificent. Has all on sight English speakers for anyone of that is a concern. The hotel is clean, and breakfast comes with your booking. The rooms are small, but expected in Japan. I can't emphasize enough how wonderful the staff was. They were so polite. I would stay here again without a doubt.

The rooms at the Noum are not the largest I’ve ever seen but they are adequate as long as you don’t bring an entire double wardrobe with you. The en-suite on the other hand is big enough for a game of football. The staff is made up of some of the nicest people I’ve ever met. Nothing was too much trouble and they were unfailingly pleasant and polite.. Breakfasts were beautifully prepared and cooked to perfection. Definitely worth the money.

We absolutely enjoyed staying at Hotel Noum Osaka! Their staff were extremely helpful and friendly, always made sure we had everything we needed and answered all our questions! The breakfast and coffee we had here were amazing— we were lucky enough to have tried everything on the menu as we stayed for 4 days/3 nights. We can’t wait to stay here again!
