Staff were lovely, but the hotel needs updating. The rooms are dated, but the amenities are great. It is also far from the main station and any main attractions.

Great place, in an 'interesting' area

Really lovely place, cleaned well every day, and only a short walk from Osaka Central. the only issue is perhaps the area, there was a lot of loud motorbikes at night and some 'interesting' bars. The only other bit of note the room was quite small for any more than a few days.

Onsen and Quiet

Great public onsen available - the breakfast was fantastic with a lot of options. The hotel was well soundproofed and never heard others in the hotel - the location was a little difficult to navigate, as really easy to get lost in the local area but that can't be helped.

This hotel is located in the "PINK" district as my local Osaka friend would call it. I believe there are a couple of love hotels near it. HOWEVER, we (two female travellers) have never felt unsafe for the 9 days we stayed at this hotel. The location is extremely convenient as a base to everything in Osaka. Would I stay here again in the future? Absolutely YES!

The overall stay was ok-ish but be aware that rooms and beds are very small. We were 2 people, not a couple, and I had to upgrade to 2 beds instead of 1 small. They charged me the price of the room again. In a room that would normally be for 2, they would put 4 people. I tried to explain to the staff that it is not fair to charge me again, but they are not very open to talk to you or understand anything. So have this in mind.

The place is really clean and the staff are very nice. The bathroom was just a little old like the bidet didn't work. But there was a Onsen on the top floor to relax after a long day that stayed open till quite late. It's also quite close to Osaka station and umeda station. You can take the underground walkway to go directly in front of the hotel (exit M14) Do note that it's right in the middle of the red light district if you mind that.

The room was tiny. Not even enough room to open my suitcase. Bathroom was small too. Thats the only real complaint i have. The hotel was in good condition and very clean. The public bath is small, but VERY clean and relaxing. The staff was very polite and helpful. Their english wasnt the best, but they always communicated well and made sure to help with my needs. The hotel location is very convenient to all the shops, bars and restaurants in the Umeda area. Also walking distance to Osaka station and Osaka-Umeda station. The hotel is surrounded by A LOT of love hotels, which feels a little weird, but wasnt a problem. This hotel was is great for foreigners and solo travelers.
