The &Here staff are so friendly and helpful. The rooms are very spacious and clean. I liked that the toilet was separate from the shower and sink. The bonus was having a freezer. I did not care to have the beds on the floor, but that was a minor thing. It was a very pleasant stay.

A cozy clean no frills hotel that is close to transport and the AirPort Express trains. Good food nearby and lots to shop. Just note that there is no restaurant or cafe within the hotel.

This hotel was excellent. The room was perfect for our family of 4 (two kids). The only feedback I have is for the hotel to move the water and ice machine from the laundry room to an entirely different area on the property. It was disgustingly to fill our water and ice when lint from the laundry room is in flying around in the air when people are using the washer/dryer. Beside this, the hotel was excellent and staff was amazing.

The location was outstanding! Close to the train station, many restaurants, lots of shopping, and more! The staff was also wonderful. The room was generally very nice, although the lighting in the room was poor. Even with every possible light turned on, the room still was dimly lit. This is the only reason I am giving a 4 star rating instead of 5. Everything was awesome!

A new establishment right in Namba. Clean and good sized rooms. No frills but has all one needs for a good night’s rest. Close to food, shopping and public transit including the AirPort Express train.

Hotel &Here Osaka Namba - excellent hotel with huge bunk beds and great location, we had a nice kitchen, living area, large shower tub, and very clean. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond when we forgot our valuables in the safe. It’s about a 7 min walk from Namba station, easily accessible if you take the train to Namba station from KIX (Kansai) airport 7-11 is around the corner, Lawson’s and Family Mart a couple blocks away. There are lots of shops and eateries nearby in Namba City Mall, Namba Parks, and Carnival Walk. Would definitely stay here again when we come back to Osaka.

Excellent staff - very friendly and accommodating. Location was also superb - easy access and walkability to all things Namba/Dotonbori. Shopping and restaurants galore right at your doorstep while being just minutes walking to the Namba Station. We would definitely stay here again when we’re in Osaka.

Great stay! Modern, clean, spacious and the location is just amazing so close and walking distance to everything. We got a bunk bed room for our family of 4 , but can easily sleep 6 to 8 people. It’s a suite with full kitchen. Everything worked great and the staff was super friendly. Left a more detailed review on Google.

Best stay of my life

Absolutely my best stay in Osaka ever. I have been to Osaka fice times and the staff, the rooms and the location was absolutely amazing. Large rooms compared to mlre business-like hotels in the area, the staff might be the best I ever met - warm, friendly, humble and so service minded. The short girl in a veil was absolutely the best. The night guy who was apologizing due to what he thought was lack of english knowledge were much better than he was aware of. When we had problems with our room keys and couldn’t fix it they upgrades us to a better room just like that. I have been to many different hotels in Japan but this is absolutely the best one. If I could get the same deal next trip I would stay here again. Absolutely amazing!

住宿地點佳且舒適

很喜歡房間內的空間，四人房的空間蠻大的，小朋友特別喜歡上鋪自己的小世界，房內還有餐桌跟餐具，很適合帶小朋友出門在外用餐不便時，買東西在房間食用。 離難波站走路10分鐘內，很方便，附近餐廳也很多，黑門市場跟千日前道具屋筋也超近的。 樓頂的休憩空間很適合晚上吃點小點心喝點飲料啤酒欣賞夜景。 可惜這次只待一晚，推薦給家庭的旅客。
