The room was excellent. Housekeeping does an amazing job. The front desk staff member was extremely helpful. There was a party going on in the room beside us well into the evening. Very loud and lots of loud music. Kept us up well past midnight.

I didn’t expect much from this location, but the staff is AMAZINGGG!! They were more than accommodating and I am so thankful. The rooms were clean - housekeeping and the concierge are the best here. Oh, and a hot breakfast! Breakfast staff was so helpful. Everyone, literally made my stay well worth it.

The room was not oversized like stated. This is a motel at hotel prices. The faucet leaked and got most of the counter wet. The lady at the front desk was nice and check in was fast. I told them online I wasn't leaving until 11am and housekeeping still knocked on the door and woke us up at 9:30am. Rude.

Rooms was spotless and smelled so clean. Front desk clerk was amazing. There are three pillows on each bed. I grabbed 5 of them and it still didnt equal a pillow i have. That and the noise outside made it to where i was was not able to sleep more than 1.5 hours. With traveling, thats very important. Would have given 5 stars if not for these two reasons.
Never seen this before. Sad people do this as the cost comes out on the room attendant.

Room was freezing. Took many hours to heat up. Did not know the access to the room was from the outside…abnormally cold temperature that night. Breakfast was unappetizing with poor choices and the coffee was weak and tasteless.
