Please contact us for monthly specials (up to 3 months)!!! The property just got built earlier this year and has just been furnished by an interior designer. The property has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. In the downstairs you will find a one bedroom with a queen size bed and an attached. In the upstairs, you will find the master bedroom with a king size bed with an ensuite. The next two bedrooms have two twin beds in each room with a shared bathrooms. You will love it. It is very contemporary. It has its own private (plunge) pool. It can be heated (pool heating is not included in the price). The kitchen is fully equipped with all what you need (pots, pans, microwave, oven, fridge, dishwasher...). Your reservation gives you free access to the clubhouse (gym, pool, spa, game room). You will love the surroundings. The subdivision is an eco-friendly place (solar powered street lighting...). And it is so close to the stores (5 min drive) and to Disney (18 min drive). Don't wait before you book your next stay in the Orlando area.*Pool heating is NOT included in the rental unless specified in your rate. Please contact us to get a quote. You can still use the pool without heating, of course. ** Only the guests who have been registered are allowed to stay in the property. *** Pool heaters are set to 86 prior to your arrival. The reached temperature will depend on the weather. Pool heaters run 12 hours during the day. No refund or compensation will be given if the pool heater does not work unless the guests paid for the heating of the pool and it is proven that there was a technical issue that created an inconvenience. The refund or compensation will never exceed the amount paid by the guest for the heating of the pool.
