Our villa is family owned and we do understand the importance of every detail that will make your vacation a real success. We make sure our villa is in top shape, well equipped and well supplied; our objective is to provide you with a home away from home. As we are using it regularly, we take good care for you and us to really enjoy.

We decorated the Adventure Villa to really enhance your vacation and the thematic approach will certainly make your stay a memorable one. You will find smart 4K HD TV in the living room, smart HD TV's in the master bedrooms, high speed internet, Wi-Fi access, and free long distance calls to USA and Canada.

The villa offers a west facing private pool and has a covered area with colored comfortable patio furniture.

Villa layout details: The kitchen is very well equipped and has new stainless steel appliances. The dining room is open on the living room, making an outstanding common area to maximize the family interactions. There is enough space for all guests to dine together.

There are 4 bedrooms;
Africa Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, King size bed.
Harry Potter bedroom with ensuite bathroom, Queen size bed.
Star Wars bedroom with full size bunk beds .
Choose your own layout for children bedroom, Pirate or Princess Frozen, twin size beds.

The villa offer a west facing private pool, to maximize the sun exposure, after all Florida is the sunshine state. As well there is a covered area with patio furniture, so you can take a break from the sun, organize a meal outside or still enjoy the warm weather on the occasional rainy days.

Villa location and surroundings: Our Adventure Vacation Villa is located in the peaceful Rolling Hills subdivision and located close to all Disney attractions and theme parks, only 3.5 miles (5km) from Disney main gate.
We are surrounded with beautiful golf courses; in fact we are neighbors to the beautiful Mystic Dunes golf club.

We had the best vacation of our lives at Adventure Villa! We are a family of 6: mom, dad, 15 yo boy, 10 yo girl, and 7 yo b/g twins. We were aiming for an affordable Disney trip, but what we got was the vacation of a lifetime that exceeded expectations. The home was very clean, and the layout allowed us to feel spaced out and not on top of each other at all. We were very pleased with the bedroom spaces, but if you ask my kids they will tell you the pool was #1 and the game room #2. The patio and pool area was where we spent most of our time when not at the parks and it felt like a true, relaxing and enjoyable vacation. I felt so peaceful and grateful every time I was out there. My kids loved playing pool and air hockey every day in the game room. Something I personally appreciated was how it felt like a home away from home, having all the kitchenware, all the towels (pool & bath), all the bedding, made traveling much lighter and easier. The bathrooms were clean and spacious, I loved our en suite. The furniture a decor are really lovely, and the beds are real mattresses, not cheap rental mattresses. The floors are also lovely. The home’s proximity to the parks and other shopping/dining was literally perfect. The living room was very comfortable for us and we enjoyed watching Disney movies at night after spending the day at the parks. The dining table is very large, plenty of space for everyone to eat. Lucie and Alain are gracious hosts and have a real gem that they share.

This place was perfect! We had plenty of space, it had all items that other properties we’ve stayed in tells you to bring (toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags) so we just left what we brought for the next guests! When booking a place for vacation we always make sure it’s got a pool and game room and both were great!! Will definitely look at staying here for our next trip to the Orlando/Kissimmee area!!!!

Amazing, wonderful, clean, close to Walmart, not far from Disney & Universal parks & Orlando airport. We loved the themed rooms! This is the nicest place we have ever stayed on vacation and would definitely book again! Heated pool was nice and most of all the hosts were wonderful! When our flight was almost cancelled due to weather up north they didn’t have another renter for 4 days and didn’t hesitate to let us stay at the house if need be!! That says a lot about who they are as people Absolutely amazing…. Without question!!!🩷

We enjoyed the house! The pool was fun to swim in and we played in the game room a lot. Itbhas a n64 and two controllers. If you have more kids bring extra controllers and more games. There is mario kart, banjo kazooe, wwe and hockey. The african bedroom could use a new mattress, the left side sinks. We would stay here again. I was impressed that k cups, laundry detergent and dish detergent were provided. Thanks for hosting us!

The house was incredibly decorated and well maintained. We all loved the themed rooms, especially the Harry Potter and Star Wars bedrooms and Main areas! The house was spacious, the outdoor area was perfect for a family grill out for dinner. Lived the large soaking tub in the master bathroom for soaks after a long day at the parks! This house was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. My 10-year-old niece loved the pool and game room. There was plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable and socialize, but also have some independent time. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the location was amazing. The neighborhood was very nice (but be cautious of people parking on the street) and quiet. The beds and couches were very comfortable. I especially want to point out how attentive and kind the hosts are. On the first night of our stay, one of the smoke detectors malfunctioned, and the alarm was going off frequently (this was an unavoidable incident that was no fault of the hosts or us). When we reached out to the host about the issue, they responded quickly, apologized for the situation, and had the issue resolved right away. It was very impressive. Every time we had questions for the host, they were quick to respond, kind, and understanding. I definitely plan to stay here again!

We loved it! It was close to everything we were interested in doing. The kids loved having a pool that they didn’t have to share with other people. Lots of room to spread out. Lots of bathrooms for different family groups so that sharing wasn’t required.

Family vacation

Our family stayed at this beautiful home for our family vacation and visit to Disney World. The house was absolutely perfect and had something for every age range. There is a pool, game room, and every room has a theme that is interactive. The location of the property was absolutely perfect! Our Stay could not have been better.
