Room wasn’t as described no washer, dryer or oven. Hotel itself is pretty dirty. room was ok balcony door broke and bed uncomfortable but cleanier than rest of hotel, the hallways are disgusting. Was 87 degrees out and air can not go below 69 degrees and we were o. the 10th floor so very warm in room. Shower is size of a closet. Left message 4 days ago for a manager as i’m not happy wr didn’t have a washer, dryer or stove as described- still waiting on a call back!
