The Apartment is located on a quiet residential road only 10 min walk to the famous Villamartin Plaza (see more info below) and only a short 10 min drive to beautiful sandy beaches including La Zenia. The apartment is part of a small development of similar properties set around a lovely communal pool with grassed sunbathing area. The property has 2 bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin bedroom) and bathroom with bath and shower over. The lounge and dining area opens onto a balcony which is great for relaxing. Pleasant 3 week stay in this cosy little apartment. Nice and quiet, 20 minute walk from Villamartin Plaza and 10 minutes from nearest bar, Captain Morgans. Would recommend a car to get around. About 15 minute drive to the coast. Nice sunny balcony (would benefit from some new patio furniture). Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great stay in Villa Martín

We had a pleasant stay in this apartment, but a car is essential to get around & see other areas. Unfortunately we arrived in the aftermath of the Gota Fria (the worst in 100 years) so we watched the clean-up process in many of the places we visited, we applaud the Spanish in getting places up & running so quickly. Will come back one day.

Another lovely week at this apartment

We stayed at this apartment in June this year and have just returned from another week there. The apartment was clean and had everything provided for a very comfortable week. It's well located for local pubs and restaurants and a pleasant walk to the Plaza in Villamartin.

Can't wait to go back again!

The apartment was very clean and had absolutely everything you could need for a comfortable holiday. The pool and grounds were very clean, tidy and well maintained. The apartment is well placed for local pubs, bars and shops. It's an easy 10-15 minute walk to the Plaza and bus stops to the beaches. Very highly recommended apartment. Very good communications from the owner. We've booked to go back in a couple of months and can't wait! :-)

Nice little apartment

The owner was great, we had trouble getting there as the cab didn’t know where we were going and dropped us off on the wrong resort but I called Chris and he was there on the other end of the phone, it was a bit of a walk to the centre but the apartment was clean and tidy and offered more than most in the way of extra little things, I have to say that the beds were very hard but we are used to a memory mattress but other than that we had a good experience

Clean comfortable accommodation.

We arrived late at night, this resulted in the a difficulty to find the property and getting into the key security box. Once we were settled we found the property clean and comfortable, all linen and towels were provided. Unfortunately when we arrived the following day was a holiday and basic provisions were difficult to obtain however there was water and some groceries in the apartment. Villamartin is a short 10 minute walk away. Overall we enjoyed our stay in the apartment and consider going again.

The peace and relaxation of the area was perfect with entertainment a few minutes away.

We had a lovely holiday here and enjoyed waking up to beautiful sunshine and bird song. The pool is one of the best we have experienced on holiday as it was spotlessly clean, a good size and a perfect temperature. The apartment was just by the pool so easy to take a dip whenever you wanted. VillaMartin was a real plus too as the restaurants and evening entertainment was ideal. So nice to get a chance to dance after eating. We will definitely return to the area. Chris was great to deal with so all in all can't wait to return!

Very clean, everything you need & more!

Great value for money & would suit a family on a budget. There's everything there you would find in your own home. My only little gripe was that the aircon units weren't very good but there was fans in the apartment as well. Chris the owner reply so to your emails almost straight away & is very helpful.

Great apartment, quiet area, lovely holiday!

We slept like babies in the apartment as the bed is lovely and comfortable as was the apartment. The pool was perfect, horse riding right at the door step and some nice little pubs around. The area was quiet but within walking distance to Villamartin Plaza which was great for food, drink, music and socialising. The apartment isnt far from the all the main attractions, supermarkets etc, only a short driving distance. We were very happy and will be back next year for sure! Thanks Chris.
