The staff was very pleasant, but the hotel and room were not ready for occupancy. It seemed to us that the hotel might be having financial issues because many common hotel amenities had been eliminated. Our room: the toilet seat was loose and about to come off the toilet. The bedside lamp was unplugged when we got there and when we plugged it in, it started blinking on and off and would not stop. There was only one washcloth and one hand towel provided for two people. There was no coffee maker nor hairdryer in the room. The shower, hot and cold faucets were mixed up. Our room phone did not work. Breakfast: there were no hot items offered (no eggs, sausage/bacon, potatoes) there was only one muffin choice. You could toast your own bread. There was a waffle maker provided. There was only one coffee pot with regular coffee, no decaf. The coffee pot was empty when we got there. They did come to refill it, but it was going to be a 5-10 minute wait. The coffee cups provided were small and thin. No cupholders provided. The coffee was hot to handle.

The wait time to check in was unreasonably long. Only one person at desk at 4:00 pm. I was 4th in line. Waited half hour to get to me, by that time there were about 8-10 guests behind me to check in! I could just see the frustration in their faces.

Upon arrival of the property, there was a long line at the desk to check in. Since there was a line, my husband and I decided to go get some supper and then return to check in. When we came back 2.5 hours later, the line was even longer than that. Had we stayed in line the first time, we would not have gotten a room any earlier since upon our return, there was another gentleman that was in line for over 4 hours. What we ended up finding out at 10:0pm that the property had NO CLEAN ROOMS available for any of us that were in line waiting. Highly discouraged!

Showed up after driving hours with 2 small children (2 year olds) it was 1 in the morning we had just booked the room halfway through our trip and upon arrival the kids were now awake tired and grumpy , we still needed to shower and bathe and everything else and we were greeted by the front desk who asked for my reservation I gave it to him to which he said sorry we overbooked and not sure why hotels.com let it go through. I asked about a refund he said he wasn’t sure how to go about it and that I’d have to ask hotels.com. He also mentioned almost all hotels were booked and to not even try around the area. We ended up sleeping in the car in an unfamiliar place with 2 kids

Jose is awesome. He is simply amazing always smiling and interacting with guests making us definitely feel welcome a true home away from home. JOSE definitely went above and beyond to reassure me that I would be able to get checked in at a timely manner. He also went above and beyond to check my room because the original room that I was in was not quite finished. He took care of that by switching my rooms and making sure that they were nice clean and ready to go he definitely deserves a raise. Keep up the good work, JOSE.

Great customer service at the front desk

I only had a problem with the app itself. I made a reservation @ 6:30 - 7:00 pm May 10. I arrived @ 1am May 11 only to find out the system kicked out my reservation. The app should have indicated that I had to check in between 3pm and midnight the 10th. The man working the desk at the Wyndham Hotel 108th & West Dodge, Omaha, Ne went above and beyond to accommodate me. He could see my frustration and did whatever it took to make sure my reservation happened like it shouldve without me having to be without a room until the next day at three pm.

Complete disregard for customer service. Had bogus policies that were continously added to or changed so most online bookings had to deal with some hassle or another and a lot of the reservations were denied even though they are nonrefundable. And quite rude while they drnied people. I wont stay again. Plus spent the entire stay with no tv because the cable was out. I asked 3 times during the day and finally was told that the person who could fix the problem left 20 minutes before. So he WAS there the other times i asked but thats one of the motels features i had been promised and didnt recieve and not even offerrd co.loation
