My room was dirty, staff was unavailable to respond to complaints. Managers were never available to fix or approve refunds. The area was unsafe and lacked any enjoyable things. But mostly, the staffing and cleanliness were less than a 1 star review.

Very comfortable and easy and quick process. Loved it anf my view was amazing. Found a small bit of mold on air conditioner and the ceiling was heavily peeling

It was clean and the amenities were nice, the staff was friendly, but the pillows on the bed were lumpy and had empty spots. We were there for 4 nights and not once did housekeeping come in and replenish supplies and none of them spoke English. I always had to go down to the check in desk and ask for what I needed. The breakfast was okay, if you like waffles every day, no real protein. They also charged us 53.17 for something that was not even on the bill. I will probably go elsewhere next time.

We enjoyed our stay and liked the property overall. The only drawback was the overwhelming number of posted signs about what guests can and cannot do. I’ve never stayed anywhere with even half as many—everything from instructions on using the garbage cans to rules about wearing revealing clothing in the hallway. It felt excessive. It gave the impression that the management micromanages heavily, and I couldn’t help but feel for the staff.

I was completely suprised about the quality of Wyndham. Check in was good. Staff at desk very friendly. However, the codition of the roomtook me by suprise. I could not hang anything in the closet because the clothes rack was hanging by one side. The otherside was not connected to the wall. Sa,e with the toilet paper spindle, barely hanging on the wall. Found gum paper on the floor ans a hole in the wall by the bed. The driveway is in bad shape with potholes everywhere. Lampshade were all hanging at an angle instead of neatly placed back on nice and straight. I dont think i will stay there again.

This hotel was terrible!!! The check in was an addition unexpected 50.00 damage deposit that will take 5 days to get back. They had a paper on the counter and expected all guests to write in the date/room number/name/email address and vehicle information. This was open for all to see!! #identitytheft!! I got my room and the a/c unit was detached from the wall, the flier was wet and there was dirt and broken drywall in the floor. I changed rooms and there were toenail clippings on the floor and blood on the shower wall. 3rd room still not tidy but no water or blood! The property is rundown and front doors were broken. Elevator smelled like drugs and it was an awful location. No breakfast hours posted and closed at 9 on a Sunday. No working WiFi and no hairdryer in the rooms. (Mot in line with the booking site at all)

Location was convenient to where I was going however getting around in that location was confusing. Facility was safe but decor was dated. Facility has low level of lighting throughout. Breakfast option were quite limited. Price was the attracting feature

The initial desk attendant wasn't very informative. When asked about early check-in started the process then informed there would be a $25 fee. The deposit that was required is taking too long to drop off my credit card. The card key stopped working 2 days in a row after leaving my room in the morning. Never informed that my room would not be cleaned on a daily basis. This was a very disappointing choice.
