I visited La Mirage Garden Hotel & Spa with my sister late April / early May. We had a fantastic experience. The property was absolutely stunning. The breakfast was fabulous. The concierge was in constant contact with us and helped us with whatever we needed, including setting up our rides to and from the airport with a reliable driver. Each morning they would make up our room, and each evening they would place a heater in our beds and build a fire in the fire place. Everything about our stay was absolutely fabulous. You need to see this place for yourself!! Visité el La Mirage Garden Hotel & Spa con mi hermana a finales de abril / principios de mayo. Tuvimos una experiencia fantástica. La propiedad era absolutamente impresionante. El desayuno fue fabuloso. El conserje estuvo en contacto constante con nosotros y nos ayudó con todo lo que necesitábamos, incluyendo organizar nuestros traslados hacia y desde el aeropuerto con un conductor confiable. Cada mañana arreglaban nuestra habitación, y cada noche colocaban un calentador en nuestras camas y encendían una chimenea. Todo acerca de nuestra estancia fue absolutamente fabuloso. ¡Tienes que ver este lugar por ti mismo!

This is a great hotel, cool, clean and comfortable. Restaurant is excellent, staff is warm and friendly. Market starts around 8, not 5, so sleep in and enjoy.

We loved out stay at Riviera Sucre. It is a beautiful propertty with lush gardens and comfortable rooms. Best of all was the staff. They were so kind, friendly, and make the stay an unforgettable one. Highly recommend this property to every traveler to Otavalo, especially those who relish quiet and tranquility.
