Comfortable clean rooms great breakfast options excellent family stay.

Perfect location, everything we needed was there, including basic supplies. Outdoor patio cozy and comfortable. (Just a heads up…the double doors in the large bedroom have a loose hinge (on the right, entering the room. Makes it challenging to close doors easily. Just needs a screw driver fix.

Gmthw hotel is ar a great location. Ive stayed here many times, however this time there some misses. I specifically asked for a room away from the elevator. Funny i was given a room rught next to the elevator, the room was smelly and there was no soap in the bathroom. I had ti find an employee ti ask them to spray the room and get some soap. The guy was very nice, he said give me a minute, ill be right there. Meanwhile i called the front desk abd informed the clerk that my room was right bext to the elevator and thats not what I had requested. She said it is, not even im sorry let me see what i can do. I had an event to attend so i said, you know what i don't hVe time to switch rooms, i have to be somewhere. She said ok, i never got an apology for the mistake. Im not use to having bad service at this hotel. I was a little disappointed.

The rooms were very clean. The stay was very professional and nice. I loved the fact that they had valet parking.
