Kiki House is a beautiful property in a fantastic location and extremely well-managed. The bathroom fixtures and some of the kitchen appliances have seen better days, but it's still a fantastic place to stay. It would be a better value for a bigger group that can make use if all three bedrooms. Overall, I highly recommend it!

Our host Stephanie was fantastic! Our caretaker Harrison was absolutely great ! House is beautiful the views are spectacular. Definitely plan on having Harrisonn prepare a meal for your first night.. We did and requested another night. Was delicious. You can not go wrong staying at this house. Will definitely deal with Stephanie again when we go back to Cat Island !!!

Stephanie is a gem. She always provides an incredible environment for me to come visit. Peaceful and relaxing here. The house is a darling cottage and has everything I need. The beds are so comfortable, nice bedding and pillows! The water is beautiful and calming. Sitting on the deck anytime of day is a joy, nice shade even when’s it’s hot. The pool and the cover over it are perfect way to spend an afternoon after my long walk on a beach that I have all to myself! The water is the most beautiful color, the sunrises and sunsets are the most spectacular that you will ever see. Lots of time to be in peace, calm and solitude. 100 stars!

Great host. Great island. Dream vacation for those wanting an adventure in the Bahamas! This property has everything you need. Highly recommend.

The perfect vacation home depends on what your perfect vacation is. This was MY perfect vacation home. We wanted comfort, and seclusion and we got it! We stayed early November of 2025 and never saw more than two people out walking the beach. There are a couple other homes within view but they were empty. The deck looking out over the ocean was definitely a highlight but the inside was very nice also. The upstairs and downstairs can be rented separately but we rented both just to make sure we were alone. Also there is some snorkeling stuff in the garage (accessed from the upstairs unit and more in a closet in the downstairs unit. A couple things to be aware of. You have to buy drinking water and ice for drinks since the house water is only for bathing. Also the house is quite a drive from almost all stores and restaurants so buy plenty of supplies before going there. Spend time on google earth getting familiar with the island and where some of the stores and food places are. There are two main grocery stores and both are ok but we liked Gilberts better. And while we didnt explore lots of places to eat we loved Hidden Treasures with chef Trevor. It takes quite a while to get your food so i recommend calling your order in an hour early or take your swimsuits and swim in the calm crystal clear water right outside his backdoor while you wait. The property manager lana was great and very responsive to amy questions we had.

The property is beautiful and we enjoyed our stay. However, the listing was a bit misleading—only one bedroom and the bunkhouse were accessible, not the three bedrooms and baths advertised. There was no access to a washer/dryer, and the upstairs shower had very low water pressure. The upstairs bedroom and bathroom also lacked window coverings, which made privacy an issue. That said, the host was responsive and assured us these concerns would be addressed with the property manager.
