I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. On my first morning, housekeeping knocked on my door at 8:45 a.m. to clean the room. I politely asked them to return in about 30 minutes once I had left, and they agreed — however, the room was never serviced that day. Later, I also discovered that the mini fridge wasn’t working, and on my second night, the hot water was barely warm.
Additionally, when I requested my car from valet before leaving my room, it still took 18 minutes after I arrived downstairs for it to be brought around.
Overall, there was nothing particularly impressive about my experience, and I won’t be returning.
