Jan 2025 Family Ski Trip
The staff are super friendly and always ready to help. The daily prepared meals were delicious and many varieties to choose from. Being able to book hot spring without leaving the resort was super convenient. Loved our family time here in Japan and will definitely come back again soon.

Staff was very welcoming, meals were executed very well, sulfur baths and open baths were very nice. Our room was large, comfortable and clean. Great place to stay

We had a wonderful stay during the ski season. The staff is very friendly and the location is close to the gondola.
