Rooms had to move rooms twice before I could get one with hot water Discoloured dirty looking sinks Dirty curtains and drapes Polite staff members but must pay attention to details for example you cannot move someone from a room with no hot water into another one without the same Lack of maintenance is rapidly dropping the stars of this hotel - currently a 3 star for this reason Friendly and respectful staff all round

This was a unique experience. We appeared to be the first customers, days before the official opening. Only in Warri 😂 Everything was brand new, literally shrink wrapped Nonetheless, the staff went above and beyond for us, the only guests.

The bath tub is exposed, no shower curtain. As a result of the exposure, when you take a shower, there’s water all over bathroom floor even leading to the living space. Not a good condition

I am very disappointed with the experience. Whilst the hotel and vicinity were very comfortable and spacious we had paid for a booking for our mother to stay online through Expedia and received a payment receipt but then upon checking in a young lady who was the present hotel concierge insisted that the room was not paid for and insisted that my mother paid and so we have doubly paid for the reservation and are not getting any response from the supervisor as to how the funds my mother paid be refunded. The customer service has been terrible and I am shocked that a hotel partnered with Expedia could not see when a reservation is paid.
