Disgusting hotel

This place is disgusting. Do yourself a favor and pick literally anywhere else to stay. SUPER dirty, shower wouldn’t drain, mold, broken chairs on balcony. Literally disgusting.

The reviews for this hotel are very deceiving it very old, has a disgusting smell bed was like sleeping on a concrete floor. Checked out after one night. Sliding door wouldn’t close all the way. If I could negative stars I would.

Beds were clean and the staff are nice, but rooms are out dated. We were in the main tower. There is also a resort fee if using a third party to make the reservation. Kids enjoyed the pool and food and drinks are good at the restaurant.

We checked in 3 hours early to avoid 4pm crowd. Received our parking pass. Very helpful. Location to boardwalk and beach is great. Room was decent. Housekeeping seemed to be overwhelmed but very nice. Pool and restaurant are perfect for parents and kids. Would stay again.

The best part about this place is the Hotel pool bar and grill. I dislike that it is open to the public just because of the space being so small. The roof top pool is sketchy and mismarked on the depth of the water. The staff told me check in was 4, showed up at 3:50 was told my room wasn't ready to park my car and come back and it should be good. Drove around in circles looking for parking until I realized the majority of parking is off site. I return to the lobby which has zero air conditioning it feels like and was told my room was ready. Go up and find my room staff is still cleaning it and questioning why I am in there despite having my keys. Whenever someone goes in and out of their room in the suites building our door proceeded to make noise due to the draft. The ac in my room worked as far as keeping the room cold but it leaked water all over the floor consistantly so we had to keep a towel on the floor to prevent slipping. They do provide you with a handful of dishes and cooking utensils but no sponge depsite offering soap. The crew won't come up to your room unless you request it. 2 days in to the 4 day stay I needed the trash emptied and replacement towels. I was told to put everything outside my door. House keeping did come up and take the items but never came back to replace the trash bags or towels. I stopped a housekeeper cleaning a room in the hallway and asked for trash bags and towels and I would do it myself.
