The room was runned down to say the least. The bathroom is extremely small and the shower curtain was stained. The black out curtains were old and had holes in them.

The hotel desk staff were nice. The hotel was good, however it was necessary to contact the front desk and wait to use the wheelchair lift at the pool. I requested a late checkout “12:00” and place the do not disturb sign on my door. The housekeeping staff open the door at 9:00 And then at 10:00!! Then had to request a refund for lost money at the game room due to a no functioning game. They just need to tweak somethings, but over all a good place to stay.

I was really impressed with every aspect of my stay. The customer service was to top-notch. My room was beautiful. My view was incredible. The design of this hotel is perfect almost every single room is ocean front or ocean view. The pool is perfectly located on the front side of the hotel on the second floor where it gets full sun until past 7 PM the pool bar the drinks & service are phenomenal. We also ate dinner at the bar on the lobby level, which was also very good. The breakfast restaurant on the sixth floor has outside seating that has a gorgeous view. The food was incredible. We were able to watch the planes practice for the airshow right off the balcony. I can’t say enough ..it’s oceanfront and right on the boardwalk. I can’t wait to stay there again. …

It was right on the boardwalk. Pool was on the second floor. We were on the 12th but that was still awesome. Room was nice. We got the jetted tub room. Definitely worth it and would stay there again! Thank you!!

I love staying here because it’s ocean front. Also you walk out the door and you’re on the boardwalk. Our room was spacious and very clean. The room had a kitchen area with a sink, microwave & refrigerator.

Quick family trip to visit OC. This place location is perfect for a family trip to be right in the happenings. I would not return to stay here. It was not clean, room smelt poorly (carpet I think was cleaned, door closed until we opened it). Just overall very old location and not renovated at all. Bed was comfortable. Staff was all kind and helpful. A ton of potential.
