Very nice spacious balconies, but there are no privacy dividers. For being in Ocean City they keep property and rooms very clean. All staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel itself could use some updating to stay competitive with the newer hotels in the area, but you can tell it's kept up as best as possible

The things you can do without leaving the building . Had a bad storm one day but still could do things inside .restarants , coffeshop .icecream shop and some tourist shops Was really nice .

The room, with 2 queen beds, was very roomy and clean. Kitchenette area very nice. The bathroom was a bit small for 2 and was dated but clean. The balconies are roomy but there are open grids between balconies so they aren't private. Staff was very helpful.

A little attention needed.

Phillip at the front desk was very helpful, from the beginning of check-in, throughout the time stayed. The room was clean, the ocean view was beautiful, didn’t care to much for the balcony… with little privacy & opened rails for separation. The balcony needs an upgrade, would have preferred screen door along with the glass side door. It’s family friendly. Restaurant and 24 hour shop pricey . I love the fact from the back lobby, you can literally step on the broadwalk.

Great view from Grand Hotel (8th Floor)

We enjoyed our stay in Ocean City & really loved the view of the beautiful Sunrise one morning, and watching the waves crashing on the shore throughout the day & night. The convenience of being on the boardwalk made for a nice walk to enjoy the scenery, go for meals/snacks & go shopping.
