staff was so friendly, room was great, awesome view, had a great sleep
no issues, just wish hotels would have higher toilets! I have trouble with low seats!
The room assigned to us was quite a distance from the elevator, my wife has some mobility issues with walking long distances. Megan the sales coordinator, met us in the hallway, she was concerned and arranged for another room nearer the elevators. Thanks Megan
Comfortable accommodations and friendly staff. We were fortunate enough to have a bayside view so we got to see the outside seating areas and the beautiful sunset you can watch. My husband had a few meetings while we were there and the WiFi signal was strong enough to support his zoom meetings.

The only thing that works in the fitness center was the treadmill.
The rooms TV was really old and half the channels didn’t work. The bathroom was also terrible. The toilet barely flushed and the shower was horrible.
Staff were nice but that was it
This place is disgusting. Our bathroom door didn’t even have a handle when I brought it to the front desk. He goes I know. Then why did you put me in this room? The hotel smelled of marijuana and the parking lot was full of trash and beer bottles. The staff made sure they were eating the breakfast but seeing how dirty the hotel was I was NOT eating there! The shower curtain rod was broken so I couldn’t even shower because the curtain wouldn’t close. They didn’t clean the bathroom because there was even used q tips on the floor. They didn’t replace the missing shampoo and empty conditioner in the shower dispenser. There is what looks to be mold in the shower. And now I see the “hold” on my card just posted as they took it out! I was here for a concert at the casino. Only positive about the MOTEL because this place doesn’t deserve to be called hotel was its 8 min drive to the show!
