When you a stay at Ron´s Guesthouse in Oberstdorf, you'll be near ski lifts, just steps from Erdinger Arena and Neue Skischule.
Not very quiet...could hear guests in other rooms and in the halls. Toilet down the hall. No privacy with shower in corner of room. Cleaning service did not knock, but just tried to open the door 45 minutes before check-out.
