Short trip to Therme Loipersdorf

Excellent hotel near Therme Lopiersdorf. Great Place, Nice Bar, Breakfast buffet was excellent. Will stay there again

This place is mainly for Austrians. One person spoke English. Sometimes I like that but not this time. We got to the restaurant at 9pm. They close at 930. They want you gone at 930 and told us to get our food quickly and kept looking at their watches. There are the thermal pools which is a huge pool with slides and water jets. It’s pretty cool but there is no instructions how to get in with your wrist fob. I tracked down someone staying there who spoke English to explain. It was just a bit annoying. Not easy for foreigners. But the hotel is clean and nice.

Superb facilities making a short stay in the Hotel a great Spa experience. The Hotel has enough Sauna and pool facilities of its own if you want a less crowded experience than the main fun part

Very pleasant hotel with all conforts expected of a hotel of this category plus its own sauna, wet rooms and swimming pool separate from the funpark and therme, which are much emptier and quieter. Very nice lobby; easy check in and check out . Use of prepaid watches makes additional purchases in the resort very easy. Food buffet was really good.

Was there for six days, air did not work at night the ENTIRE TIME. I was told by the front desk that it was broken at night. I asked to speak with the owner, she was very rude and told me it worked the front desk lady didnt know what she was talking about and insisted that i just didnt know how to work the air at night. When i got to the room that evening I asked the NEW front desk lady if there was an air issue and she said 'yes, only at night and it would be fixed the following day' i left the following day.

Clean, lovely rooms

This was a family vacation with our 2 children. Hotel was a bit tricky to find, we passed quite a few hotels as we came near. Hotel is clean and modern. We found the room very clean and comfortable. Had booked a room with 2 double beds but was given a room with 2 single beds, sofa bed and rollaway bed. We didn't request a change as we had arrived late at night and were tired.Staff were very helpful and most staff could speak some English . Children loved it here. There is a waterpark nearby which is not part of the hotel but can be accessed through the hotel. Waterpark is not cheap, but great fun. View from room was nice (cornfields) but location not great for taking walks. A good variety of breakfast is available. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much!

Sehr schönes Hotel und schöne Zimmer. Das Buffet essen war sehr gut und fĂŒr Kinder gibt es genug Unterhaltung. Ca. 5-10 minuten zu fuß bis zur Loibersdorf Therme. ParkplĂ€tze sind genug. Live musik am abend bei der Bar 😊

Außen hui - innen uij - Mitarbeiter retten vieles!

Von außen betrachtet ist das Hotel (obwohl nicht optimal zur Therme gelegen) sehr schön&modern! Auch der Empfang ist gemĂŒtlich, gepflegt und lĂ€dt zum Verweilen ein! Leider sind (n. RĂŒcksprache) gut die H. der Zimmer nicht mehr state of the art, bzw. rechtfertigen keinesfalls die besteh. Preise (ohne Thermeneintritt). Unser Zimmer war ob der vielen Jahre am "Buckel" schon sehr abgewohnt. Die WĂ€nde sind gefĂŒhlt aus Papier - bedeutet man muss jeglicher Konversation, etc. zu jeder Tages- u. Nachtzeit sĂ€mtlicher Zimmernachbarn live und hautnah beiwohnen. Auch ein Zimmerwechsel konnte d. Problem leider keine Abhilfe schaffen. Die TV's empfangen gut 4/5 aller angeboten "normalen" Sender (z.B. ORF) nicht, bzw. in indiskutabler NetzqualitĂ€t, was prinzipiell bei einem Entspannungsu. auch nicht unb. notwendig ist, allerdings wenn schon angeboten dann bitte auch wirklich! Auf das wifi möchte ich gar nicht erst eingehen - dieses besteht offenkundig nur am Papier. Im Badz. sind keine Steckdosen vorhanden (2021?)!!! Die Wellnesslandschaft ist prinzipiell (abgesehen von den lieblosen LiegeplĂ€tzen) gut ausgestattet und modern, war jedoch aufgrund der geringen Lp. leider immer ĂŒberfĂŒllt und somit nicht nutzbar. DarĂŒber hinaus ist der LĂ€rmpegel selbst in den RuherĂ€umen enorm hoch. Im Hotelgang fĂŒhlt man sich in ein uralt LasVegasTeppichCasino versetzt - hier bedarf es dringend einer Generalsan.. Absolutes Highlight ist das Restaurant (v.a. das FrĂŒhstĂŒcksbuffet) und die freundlichen&bemĂŒhten MA!
