If you're keen to spend a few nights in Oristano, consider the rates at the Hotel Mistral 2 and Mariano IV Palace Hotel. Or, you could stay in Abbasanta, 40 kilometres to the northwest of Nureci, where you'll find the Country Hotel Mandra Edera and Hotel Su Baione. Church of Santa Caterina and Nuraghe Losa Archaeological Site are popular points of interest to experience when visiting Abbasanta.

Make your way 65 kilometres south and you'll come across Cagliari, a regional centre with a population of 150,000. While you're exploring this neck of the woods, whip out your selfie stick and get your tourist on at the International Trade Fair of Sardinia, Sanctuary and Basilica of Our Lady of Bonaria and the Museo di Bonaria. Basilica of San Saturnino and Cagliari Cathedral are a few more which are sure to offer up some envy-inducing photo ops. There's an awesome selection of places to stay in Cagliari, with the Hotel Miramare and T Hotel coming in at the top of the list.
