Summary:
Spring cottage is very conveniently located in Nowra, right in the heart of the South Coast. Enjoy a short walk into Nowra CBD to enjoy coffee or cake at the trendy Cake Shop or Lunch at the Deli on Kinghorne you have all the convenience of Nowra but will be only be 15 minutes drive from the coastal beachside towns of Culburra, Callala and Greenwell point.

The Space:
Spring cottage spaciously accommodates 8 people across 4 superbly appointed bedrooms.
Head up the front stairs greeted by abundant flowers, (especially in Spring)
and you arrive in the tropical front sitting and TV room away from the main living dining and kitchen areas. This space offers a quiet retreat from the rest of the house.

Further down the hallway you pass a queen bedroom on the right and a large bedroom containing a single and king single bed on the left, before arriving at the vast open-plan kitchen dining and living room. To the rear of the property is the master bedroom containing a queen bed and en-suite, while the 4th bedroom contains a single and king single bed.

Cook up a storm in the full-size kitchen complete with all the modern appliances you could need including an Espresso Pod Machine, cooktop, oven, fridge, microwave, kettle, and toaster.

There is a veranda that flows off the rear of the house into the back garden where you can quietly entertain in the private garden with a BBQ.

Soak the kids in the bathtub in the main bathroom and seat them in one of the two lounges to chill out for the evening whilst the adults drink wine and play games on the back veranda or relax in the other comfortable lounge area which has 3 sofas.

A fully fitted laundry is included in the house for your convenience complete with a separate washer and dryer.

Guest Access:
No one else is sharing the property with you, you have access to the entire cottage except for the garage.

The Neighborhood:
Nowra offers a range of activities for the kids and kids at heart. The Treetops Adventures at Shoalhaven Zoo will see the kids outside their comfort zone up in the trees - literally. There is a cinema, a bowling alley, Rock climbing wall and Flip-out for when you need an indoor activity.
Hit the hot tourists spots of Huskisson and Hyams beach for the white sands of Jervis Bay. Fishing and diving can be arranged from Huskisson. Alternatively, if you're after some Retail therapy take the 10 min drive Berry and bush walks and wildlife, the historic town of Kangaroo Valley is only 20 min away.
A bit further afield you can explore the towns of Kiama, Milton or Ulladulla. There is usually a market to explore on the weekend too.

Getting Around:
A car is recommended to get explore the area, however you can catch a train or bus from Sydney.
