I loved that this property is right next to the airport. It was so stress free staying here the night before we flew home. We walked from our rooms through the corridor that led to airport departures. So convenient. London was having a heatwave and the AC worked beautifully. The beds were comfortable and the food at the restaurant on the bottom floor was delicious. Excellent stay.

There was a long wait at check in but the receptionist when we reached the front was very polite and engaging. The beds were comfortable but my bed had some sticky paper in it which made me question the cleanliness.

We needed a place to stay overnight at the airport due to an early morning flight. This hotel has an entrance from the parking garage and is walkable from the South Terminal. The room was super comfortable, just what we needed to organize ourselves before a morning flight. There is a nice loop path around a wooded green area near the airport that we took advantage of as well, so we did not feel like we were sleeping in an airport at all. The rooms were very quiet, which was also great.
