Walk in smells clean, beds are made, towels on all the beds. Go into the bathroom find a bath mat soaked and covered in sand. Sand in the tub, red slime on the shower head, and vanity had toothpaste stains down the front of it. Living room sand all over the couch, and foot rests. The rail for the top bunk was missing, eventually found broken in a closet. Start sending photos of what we are seeing/experiencing. Looked at the linens we were left, you could see through one wash cloth and another it looked like someone had wiped something up with it or someone. We went that night and purchased new towels.All sheets were placed in the dryer for good measure. Noticed when the dryer was on the condo got a little humid. Come to find out the dryer was venting into the condo and all the lint was getting sucked into the air filter. Speaking through the app manger said housekeeping and maintenance would be over the following day. Maintenance was awesome, got new filter put in and said that he would order the part for the dryer. House keeping NEVER SHOWED. Talked to the manger again, house keeping will be there, I told them not to bother because at that point I had already had to clean up AND PURCHASE new towels for my family. Of things couldn’t get worse, I jump in the shower the following day and find the shower curtain with mold and red slime! Asked for that to get changed that day.Long story short, the cleanliness was never addressed because they never showed up. Never offered refund
