Conveniently located near lots of shopping, dining, and attractions. Staff were very friendly. Rooms felt outdated and furnishings were beat up. Cleanliness was well below expectations finding long hairs that did not belong to our family in our sheets and towels, dirty carpet in the room, and mold in the shower.

The check in staff were fabulous. We got to our room and the curtains were broken, there was dried yogurt on the walls, the outlet was broken and missing half of its front plate. They changed our room which was great. We got to the different room which was better, but the floor was peeling and not just in 1 spot the entire floor. I didnnt want to walk barefoot on the carpet because it felt sticky. I have stayed in older less expensive places in North conway that were better.

The place is dark, musty, and dirty. My infant was crawling around and her feet and knees were black from the carpet. The internet is a hot spot so the wifi didn’t work at all. We got 1 face cloth, 1 hand towel, and 1 roll of toilet paper for 3 nights. Our “balcony” was ground level and faced the parking lot and hannaford. The property was covered with trash. The bathroom door didn’t shut. Bathroom floor was very grimy. Our room only had a few dim lamps. We found trash from previous guests in the dresser. Do not waste your money on this place.

Not very clean great location

The staff was great. The place was OK, but it was very dirty on the outside and not very clean on the inside the hotel for us. It was not ready for us to stay.

The property is lacking grounds clean up and the room was dated. There were outlets that didn’t work and the blinds on the door were broken. There was no dish liquid to clean glasses and silverware. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. The instructions written for the location of where breakfast is served was wrong on the check in document. The host cooking and prepping breakfast was very helpful and nice.

There is a terrible smell when you walk into this hotel. It is quite dark and very musty. Carpets and floors were sticky. Food found under the bed in our room. Chipping paint, extremely outdated. Felt a bit uncomfortable with sleeping here, proceeded to check the mattress and found bugs that were both alive and dead which appeared to be bed bugs. My best friend and I packed up our 3 children at 10 pm when the bugs were discovered and checked out of this hotel, Requested a full refund. Was told by the lady at the desk there were not any known bed bug issues but there had been reports of flying bugs in rooms. We were completely disgusted.

We paid extra for a balcony room with a view… the view was the parking lot and the street. The staff at the front desk informed us all of the balcony rooms face the same way so the “balcony with a view” was a lie. The rooms are super dark, dirty and we ran out of toilet paper as there was a half a roll and no back up. We could not get WiFi or a connection to anything to save our lives. There is no elevator, which if ur staying for more then 1 night with children is a nightmare. We travel to NH often and staying here was a mistake for sure.

After three days backpacking, it was so nice to stay here. Beds were very comfortable and room was clean. Great water pressure in the shower. Pool was so needed, though the hot tub would’ve been heaven; unfortunately it was not working the night we stayed.

Checking in I thought this was going to be a great experience. The staff was absolutely wonderful for both checking in and out. The amenities were great. My son loved the playground and the pool although we didn't have time to use it looked nice. That's where the nice ended, when we got to our room and opened the door immediately the odor of stale cigarette smoke hit us. I said okay, I'm not a smoker but I can deal. There was minimal lighting, I did my "bed inspection" didn't find any bed bugs which was my main concern. However I found stained sheets and the blanket that was sandwiched between the two sheets was stained as well. At this point I am exhausted and I opted to use my own blanket I had brought from home. When looking in the bathroom the next day the shower was absolutely gross, the curtain was covered in stains and what looked to be hand prints, and the towels were all stained to the point I didn't even dare to use them. I packed my family up and ran out of there with soaking wet hair.

The lobby was very nice. The breakfast was good. We loved the indoor/outdoor pool options. The playground was clean and great for our toddler. The rooms were outdated and the area outside the doors dirty but overall we loved the hotel and would stay again.

We had fairly low expectations based on prior reviews and those expectations were met. Bed was fairly comfortable and very loud whenever someone moved at all. TV was tiny and far across the room. Bunks were nice for the kids this a long with location was why we ultimately chose this hotel. It was very loud at night someone was playing loud music in the parking lot. The exterior of the building was also quite dirty and unkempt in the halls and stairwells. Breakfast was ok. We probably wouldn't stay here again.
