Book Nordeste hotels

Room was clean and tidy. Staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Outdoor pool was clean, hardly any debris found in it. Some ants would gather near the garbage can. We notified front desk of this and they said they would add something to get rid of them but they remained. Didn’t both us really the ants were tiny. The views were great by the ocean - waking up to see the ocean everyday was wonderful. There’s an outdoor walkway that takes you to the road connecting to the beach. Unfortunately it was very windy and the waves were high - only surfers were seen entering the waters here.

We booked a double room but were allocated a very small room with one of the smallest beds I’ve encountered in a hotel (see photo attached). The room did not appear to match the marketing photos, so it felt misleading to book one type of room and be given something quite different. After a poor night’s sleep, we complained and were moved to a larger room, which was much closer to what we had expected when booking. We also found the hotel restaurant disappointing, both at breakfast and dinner. However, we did enjoy the drinks and food in the bar area. The gym was another disappointment. It had only a couple of treadmills, dumbbells up to 10kg, and no bench to use them with, so it was very limited for a hotel at this price point. Overall, we did not feel the stay offered good value for money. While after-hours access to the gardens is a nice benefit, I would have preferred to stay elsewhere and visit the gardens during the day instead.

L’hôtel est incroyable. Toute les chambres ont vue sur la ville et l’océan. Le spa était tellement agréable. Piscine et bains à remous chauffés. Spa sec et spa humide, douche froide et piscine extérieur. Tout y était pour la détente. Le restaurant était très bien. Nous avons bien mangé et surtout le service était impeccable. Le buffet déjeuner inclus était très bien aussi. Assez de choix variés, céréales, bol yogourt a garnir, fruits frais, viande froide, fromages, œuf et omelette, bacon, viennoiseries etc. Le Jus d’orange frais était aussi délicieux. Nous avons adoré notre séjour! Notre coup de cœur de notre voyage! Il faut être au courant que dans la ville de Nordeste il y a très peu de restaurant et une petite epicerie. Il faut être préparé ou être prêt à se déplacer beaucoup plus loin si on ne veut pas manger à l’hôtel.

House was beautifully restored, with a modern vibe, breathtaking views, and plenty of spaces to chill out without distractions. The weather was chilly so we didn’t use the pool, but there was plenty of dry firewood, so we had a beautiful fire in the living room each night. Nordeste is a charming and quaint little town, quiet and very different from bustling Porta Delgada.

Fantastic place. The house was spotless and well cared for. The rural view and sunrise was amazing and location was good. Our GPS coordinates still landed us on the wrong road. There is a sign on the main road by the house with the yellow trim that takes you on the back lane to the house - easy to find with that.

Huge breakfast bar, grest dinner food, service 10 stars. Hot.pools are best feature. It was so good that we returned after a couple of day after chevkout just for a dip in y be pool (spa visit). If we return on tbe island, we'll stay in this hotel.
