Room clean, overall level of tardiness elsewhere. Soulless atmosphere. Very slow checkin. Difficulty in accessing room..told to wait until they fixed it. Unnecessary prolonged discussion re airport transfer (we had it written as included). Some noise. Very poor breakfast (compared to other hotels we stayed at). Grounds nice, but dirt area around pool (viz not paved), tired looking room with checked curtains and small vanity area. Location is proximal to airport, however little else surrounding. Amenity of room poor (devices power point location of air con next to one side of bed), air con which blew right onto your face when sleeping). Overall definitely would not return.

Bathroom tiles werent clean for ages Shower cubicle had a big hole under the door and flooded the floor after a shower Room service food served on a tray uncovered Person who took the order hung up on me before finishing the order.

We didn't spend the night just a few hours before our flight home.

Hot water is an issue.

When we checked in, the AC was not cooling, the bathroom mirror light was not working. They could not fix either of the two issues. They did not have spare bulb for the light. They tried to work on the AC and could just get it to work with minimum cooling which was not enough for Sri Lankan weather. There wasn't a single soap or other toiletries kept in the room. Had to search for the staff to get some soap bars. We stayed for 5 days and the there was no Housekeeping even for a single day. The only saving grace was the restaurant down below. The food was good but if you opt for included breakfast, they serve you a fixed menu every morning (Two slices of toast, two fried eggs, one sausage, little salad and tea/coffe). The location is good , walking distance from the beach.
