We stayed here the night before we had a flight. It was clean and quiet. The van was ready at 4:30 AM to take us to the airport. Staff was extremely pleasant.

The only flaw was a housekeeping oversight: the tight design of the bathroom meant the door blocked the former occupant’s towels from being seen when the room was cleaned, so we were greeted by three dirty towels hanging behind the door.

Not happy with wrong room

Reserved a two bedroom suite expecting a queen bed and two doubles for 4 adults guest. Upon arrival was advised that there were no two bedrooms available so was given a 2 queen and sofa pull-out. Issues with the room included a foul odor smell from the couch, and leaking bathtub faucet.

The front desk staff was excellent. The 2 bedroom suite was spacious and clean, with 2 full baths and 3 tvs. Breakfast was also exceptional.

Overall, had a great experience! The lock didn't work on our door but the staff was overall helpful to let us in. The only think we did not like was the pool/jacuzzi was so chlorinated we couldn't use the services! The chlorine levels burned our eyes!!!!
