The hotel is really cool. The room was very clean and comfy. The staff were very friendly. The hotel was in a great location - close to all amenities. A couple of negatives - we were looking forward to using the pool but it was too cold. There was a corporate party on the top floor, and we could hear the bass from the house music from our room on the 1st floor through to the early hours. We were offered an alternative room, but

We had a wonderful stay with our two children. Ala from the house keeping team truly went above and beyond, she was warm, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed, which made our stay much easier and more enjoyable. The hotel itself was excellent too: breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the spa and gym were both well-maintained and relaxing. Overall, a great experience and we felt very well looked after.
