Unprofessional Front desk agent

The Front desk agent very unprofessional. He was not accommodating and was very combative from the very start. I was very displeased with his response and tone when I was telling him my concerns. He was very dismissive and did not help me in my situation. I will not come back to this hotel if it was the last hotel in the whole world. He need to take a class on how to listen and be more compassionate with his guest in the future. By the way it was the agent that was working on the night of Mother’s Day.

I booked a suite, the room was not a suite! just a king bed and sitting area by the window. staff was very unprofessional & disrespectful, walked right into my room while sleeping & do not disturb was on the door.. i already extended my stay and they were still there trying to kick me out and rush me out. place is outdated for a new hotel aswell…
